Here are the proposed Westmont Holly Neighborhood Association bylaws to be voted on by neighborhood residents on December 9 at 4 p.m. We will meet at the Evergreen Branch of the Everett Public Library.
In the past, all neighborhood associations shared the same bylaws. In 2023, each neighborhood was tasked with creating its own.
